SERVICES PROVIDED

FAMILY LAW

DIVORCE & DISSOLUTION

Termination of your marriage can be accomplished in two different types of proceedings.  Learn more about the differences and which better suits your needs by clicking below.

CUSTODY & VISITATION

Looking for help negotiating a parenting plan for the first time or modifying an existing plan to better meet your needs and the best interests of your children? Contact my office to set up an appointment to explore how I can assist you in addressing your concerns.

CHILD SUPPORT

Child Support is generally calculated in the State of Ohio using a standardized worksheet, but a number of factors can change the ultimate result.  Our office can provide guidance so you have a better idea of what to expect.

ESTABLISHING  RIGHTS

Fathers have rights.  They just aren't automatically established when unwed fathers have children in the State of Ohio.  I can help fathers establish their parental rights and negotiate an allocation of parental rights and responsibilities  that works for your family.

If you are an unwed mother and the father has filed an action to establish his parental rights, I can help you negotiate a plan that takes your schedule and concerns into consideration.

Sometimes parents aren't capable of caring for their children.  I can help individuals (including grandparents and other relatives) obtain temporary custody or legal custody in the best interests of children in those circumstances.

I offer a free consultation on new matters. The purpose of this meeting is to provide you with general information regarding the problem at hand, to see if you feel comfortable working with me, and to let you know what you can expect in general terms.
